Know information about the market: population, square, number of BTS, channel & activity of competitors, number of school, company, organization, and local government units.
- Check number of people working following their plan daily and report about their working day for human resource department of branch
- Responsible for the safe of office, goods, money, labor safety
- Manage, export goods/POSM/ business tools from store of business center for salesman, D2D team based on stock limit, remaining goods in store and selling result
- Request goods, business tools, and POSM from Branch to ensure enough for business
- Monitor quantity, quality, and type of goods, business tools & POSM in store. Check physical store periodically follow guideline of asset management department
- Collection money from salesman after selling, keep safety and payment follow guideline & regulation of finance department
- Pays all expenses related to the activities of the business center, keeps invoices and performs settlement with finance department of branches at the end of the month.
- Proposal with branch support money if have special marketing program
- Follow sales plan for each channel
- Co-works with Supervisors to monitor, control activities of all staffs and channels.
- Supports Supervisor sale and delivery goods to outsource channel (mini-store, franchisee store, and sub-distributor).
- Monitors Supervisors deploy business on the right channel, managed area, and policy of the company.
- Support supervisor organizes communication or marketing program.
- Monitor recruitment POS channel process of a salesman.
- Responsibility recruit and care mini-store channel (if any) follow the orientation of the company. Ensure mini store archive business target & operation follow regulation of Mytel.
- Manage franchise store in the managed area (if any). Ensure franchise archive business target & operation follow regulation of Mytel
- Support and monitor sale operation for POS follow a plan.
- Cross check POS (policy, image, goods) to evaluate the performance of salesman.
- Ensure salesman sale on right managed area and follow policy of company
- Make plan follow assigned target, guideline and orientation of HQ and branch
- Based on monthly assigned target, guarantee condition and status of the market, divide target for each salesman. Determine activities, area, objects customer need to focus on archive target.
- Adjust plan in deployment time if the market, human resource or guarantee condition have the change.
- Make database about local government units, organization, and company in the managed area.
- Directly contact and make the relationship.
- Residence declaration.
- Get license or permission from the government when organizing sales operation and communication.
- Contact with police and related units when the business center has accident, incident,
-Suggest to branch the sponsor or exchange program with local government, organization, company to increase relationship and sale.

Job Requirements

t least 2 years in Sales management or Distribution management field of telecommunication or FMCG filed. Have knowledge of distribution channels in the telecommunications sector, knowledge about the planning and execution of business operations
- Making plan, supervising plan
- Able to inspect, evaluate plans, works & personnel capability
- Skills of summarization, database analysis, trend analysis, report
- Good at expression, communication
- Good at office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adapt quickly to changes in business conditions
- Good commanded verbal and writing in English
