VCS is looking for a business control senior manager to lead and manage the treasury department of the leading manufacturing and distribution companies in Myanmar.

Lead and manage Treasury Department. Responsible for the analysis, monitoring and planning of the 3 Business Units efficient utilization of cash. In charge of the control and supervision of all cash requirements by liaising with financial institutions.

Experience in Manufacturing
* Review of production data: analysis of material consumption versus standard, monitoring of labour and machine efficiency.
* Control of operating expenses: preparation of factory costs trend analysis versus budget and previous months. Explanations of production variances.
* Command of ERP system: knowledge of manufacturing, finance and controlling modules of any ERP system (SAP or JDE…)

Knowledge of Logistics and Distribution Activities
* Understanding of materials procurement: review of materials prices and valuations into the ERP system, analysis of purchases forecasts.
* Inventory management: excellent knowledge of stocks valuation (standard costing) and ability to analyze inventory rotation vs. purchases and consumption. Experience in handling quarterly stocktaking.
* Warehousing activity: understanding of transportation and logistics activities. Review of warehousing expenses.

Support of Products Sales
* Profitability analysis: a review of products profitability. Control margin on sales vs. standard and report variance.
* Product costing: analyze product costing and propose evolution of products costs to support sales team.

* Industry Expertise: minimum experience of 10 years in manufacturing, distribution and logistics business control.
* Managerial Ability: ability to manage a large team of business controllers, capable to supervise remote teams and make decisions in a fast evolving environment. Able to coach and train people.
* Personal Attributes: excellent command of English (oral and written). Great analytical skills. Ability to interact with a various mix of employees (local and expatriates). Good at communicating and reporting to Management.
* Technical Competencies: good knowledge of ERP. Computer literate. Excellent presentation skills.
