• Maximising business performance by working closely alongside, supporting, challenging and influencing the Supply Chain Management Team
• Providing advice, guidance, and influence/strengthen decision making in Supply Chain.
• Creating cost and efficiency analyses/business cases
• Supporting the business planning cycle of Supply Chain including month end closure process
• Defining transfer pricing of the export products
• Planning export revenue, import cost and other variable costs of production
• Participating in TPM activities
• Coordinating of Supply Chain volumes planning
• Manage/lead/support complex SC efficiency programmes locally
• Create a high performing Supply Chain Controlling team through leadership, individual/ team development plans, effective performance management, on the job coaching and constantly raising standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field
• Over 5 years of experience in the area of controlling
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Processes
• Good analytical skills
• Challenging approach & influencing skills
• Experience in leading change
• Excellent written and verbal communications at all levels
• Language proficiency in English and Burmese
• Skills and preparation of good business cases
• Influencing skills
• Keen to develop and learn
