* Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients.
* Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
* Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities in new channel.
* Implement sales strategy underpinning marketing efforts to acquire, expand and retain profitable relationship and grow the market share in accordance with sales target.
* Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and overall company target
* Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
* Work with internal team to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
* To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.
* Screening potential business deals by conducting market research, dealing requirements, evaluating options and suggesting best business strategic options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.
* Developing negotiating strategies, examining risks and potentials and estimating partners’ needs and goals
* Ensuring all business-related information is kept in systematic order with highly confidential status

• Bachelor Degree in business administration or any related diploma/certificate in business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or relationship management.
