The Senior Business Development Executive - cooperates closely with the Business Development Director in order to develop and implement efficient activation plan. To execute sales support activities which will drive potential customers into our platform.

- Budget planning & implement customer activation plan across all offline channels
- To play a key role in achieving company sales target through developing & implementing BTL strategies
- Agency Selection & Management
- Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing marketing engagements.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
- Provide updates and support to Field Marketing team and monitor operational execution progress
- Defines the deployment strategy and guidelines for the allocation of promoter resource
- Guide team to ensure effective delivery of the team's goal

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2C sales, FMCG and telecommunications-related industries
- Customer-, target- and result-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality)
- Business-driven, proactive and entrepreneur mentality.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in agency role would be added advantage
