• Identify and develop new business leads for the growth of the business
• Build and maintain contacts with potential clients; make cold calls
• Assist the company acquire new customers and sell additional products/services to existing ones
• Identify & implement sales activities
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Attending Technical meetings with Key Customers and consultants

Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Any Bachelor Degree Holder
• Proven experience as Sales & Marketing, Business Development or similar role
• Prefer 3 years of experience in construction, real estate and building materials market.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Highly self-motivated to work independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with clients
• Able to travel over the country
