The Business Development Manager has responsibility for managing daily operation of the HRM & Administration matter of Head Office, Sites, ensuring delivery on the Customer Promise and ensuring desired sales, profitability and employee retention.Responsible for supervising all sales & marketing duties.Helping company to grow the business.
1. Minimum of 3-5 years management experience in Business Management.2. Age Between 28-40 male/female3. Any Graduate. (Preferred in MBA/MPA/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Business Management/HRM)4. Ability to effectively manage not only Office Staff but also Operation staff5. Proven experience in managing budgets6. Time Management and communication skills.7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet, Email.8. Must have Office Administration, General Administration, Human Resources Management skills. 9. Good public relations and industrial relations.10. Monitoring day to day management and reporting process.11. Good presentation skills and problem solving skills.
