Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Generate weekly sales report on assigned accounts, and participate in sales panel to report on progress and track sales performance
• Ensure that customers are aware of new promotions and offers, as well as drive upselling opportunities, and attend to special requests
• Responsible to deliver timely and successful service and solution according to customer needs and objectives
• Managing contracts and billing to each account
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Building long term relationship with all clients
• Responsible for sales growth and development for direct sales channel
• Responsible as key person between all stakeholders
• Collaborating with all internal teams to deliver the sales according to the customer requirements on-time
• Responsible for collecting competitive information for customers and enterprises
• Responsible for managing all sales and marketing related events

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years for Executive level and 3 - 5 years for Manager level
• Must have experience with B2B sales in any service industry
• Have knowledge on CRM (customer relationship management) is a plus
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Good organizational, time-management, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Must have positive attitude with good manner and professional mind-set with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Good English skill in both written and verbal
