Job Summary

PR ABC is looking for a business development executive to execute our organizational training strategy of given guideline from business development unit for all of our key employees and report its outcome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the given training has been conducted as per company guideline. We’re looking for an ambitious, organized and highly efficient expert with training experience. Familiarity with FMCG sector and training related tools is also helpful for candidates in this position. We offer a generous compensation structure and a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met
• Responsible and accountable for the implementation and management of company strategies and plans in the area under his/her supervision.
• Responsible and accountable for the leadership, training and coaching of sales team under his/her supervision.
• Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
• Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome objections)
• Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services
• Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. case studies and group activities)
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Experience in the FMCG industry preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in training or giving organizational workshop
• Experience designing and implementing curricula preferred
• Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• Must be able to travel within Myanmar.
