Job description, Responsibilities and Activities:
• Improve company’s market position, achieve financial growth and reach sales target
• Identify prospects (General Cargo and Project Cargo), pursue them and ultimately convert them into customers
• Initiate own sales calls and generate weekly sales reports
• Interact, develop and maintain relationship with project subcontractors like carriers, trucking companies etc.
• Source of rates from carriers, hauliers, deugro offices and worldwide agents
• Report, document and update all sales activities with deugro’s CRM system
• Understand and adhere to company’s policies including but not limited to code of conduct, anti-corruption, IT Rules, accounting rules and compliance guidelines
• Understand and adhere to company’s QHSES policy
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business
• Research and Identify target projects
• Generate business for the company
• Generate profit in line with set KPIs
• Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities


Skill and Competencies:
• Self-starter with immediate impact on business growth
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in Burmese and English, both verbal and written
• Positive, pro-active and excellent team player
• Self-driven, motivated and confident for sales marketing
• Keen to learn
• Flexible and willing to assist other department or conduct other duties that are considered necessary in respect of your employment to fulfil company requirements.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate and preferred diploma/certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position within Freight Forwarding Industry
• Preferred Heavy and OOG cargo transportation knowledge and experience
• Mobility to travel within Myanmar or overseas for meetings
