Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, etc. MBA is preferable.
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets (over 4 years)
(Experience in HR / Recruitment industry is a bonus)
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the different Services.
• Proven ability to position Services or products against competitors.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
