• Proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Screening potential business deals by conducting market research, dealing requirements, evaluating options and suggesting best business strategic options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.
• Developing negotiating strategies, examining risks and potentials and estimating partners’ needs and goals
• Being close to new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Ensuring all business related information are kept in systematic order with highly confidential status
• Ensuring Business Development Information System is timely up-to-date
• Leading and managing bid submissions and calculating cost for tender solutions
• Coordinating with ATI’s finance for calculating office annual budget and other related issues
• Coordinating with other related departments for smooth handover and also supporting the operation process in implementation of projects
• Managing and coordinating with BD coordinators
• Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the office
• Developing and implementing the policies, procedures and practices for Business Development Department
• Facilitating ATI business strategy creation and follow-up in cooperation with General Manager
• Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor

• University degree with any disciplines (Master degree or HND in Business Development or Business Management or other related field is preferable)
• Minimum five years’ experience in related field is preferable
• Capability to lead and manage service business
• Good at costing, profitability and risk management
• Knowledge of Telecommunication is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and good customer relationship management
• Understanding of network service business is preferable
• Having positive attitude and good business sense
• Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internet application
• Good command of written and spoken English languages
• Ability to travel and work independently
