Job Description

• This position will be responsible for leading the Business Development Department and the selling of company products and services through people management.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and banking industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met the targets.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, accounting, economics or finance) from an accredited university is preferred.
• Must have at least (2) years working experience in Management Role.
• Experience in Banking’s sales, marketing field for five years
• Good understanding and knowledge of various banking products and services.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent in organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Fluent in English and (Chinese is preferred) is essential as well as great communication skills.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Operational Excellence, Operations Strategy, Change & Transformation, Digital Strategy, Digital Implementation or Customer Management
• Team player with the ability to deliver projects and to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
• Ability to work under stressful environment.
• Assertive, challenging and resilient to set backs
• Optimistic, self-confident with a competitive nature (results focus)
• Ability to understand customers and articulate their needs
• Tenacious and driven to obtain client meetings and calls to achieve their goals
• Ability to network, influence and persuade
