Responsibilities;
♣ Assist CEO, Business Development Committee in preparation and Implementation of an annual Business Development plan.
♣ Develop growth strategies and plans in line with the company’s investment strategy, increase client base.
♣ Research business opportunities and viable income streams, examine and identify risks.
♣ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
♣ An in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
♣ Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
♣ Prepare business proposals, investment analysis including IRR and ROI.
♣ Understand the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
♣ Conducts business development calls, meeting and presentation with prospective clients.
♣ Meets the needs of clients by taking the time to communicate with them and understand how their business operates.
♣ Prepare business reviews and presentation to the senior management team.
♣ Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
♣ Other duties may be assigned by CEO and Business Development Committee.

Requirements;
♣ Bachelor degree preferably in business administration, finance, marketing; and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
♣ An MBA is an asset.
♣ Proven achievement in Business and Project Development.
♣ Fluency in written and oral English and Myanmar.
♣ Effective Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution.
♣ Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
♣ Good organizational skills including prioritising, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail oriented.
♣ Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
