• Promote a culture that reflects the company’s values and encourages and rewards exceptional performance.
• Ensure program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls and regular evaluation.
• Manage each of the functions Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to maximize productivity to achieve the yearly targets.
• Provide weekly forecast reports to the board and maintain/facilitate team interactions and regular meetings across all aspects of the business.
• Provide support to the sales and operation functions and to maintain relationships with key members within the customer organization.
• Take the lead on Strategic accounts and manage through pre and post sales planning and delivery.
• Identify new market segments that fit the service portfolio.
• Manage, develop and operate an Agent acquisition and selection process to be rolled out nationally.
• Manage the relationships between strategic partners and implement sales plans or operational plans.
• Taking the lead for all marketing and promotional activity, must have excellent presentation and delivery skills.
• Manage press development and ensure a continuity of messaging across all levels and mediums.

Job Requirements

Graduate; MBA (or) Diploma in Business Management will be preferable;
Experience in Business Development Management over 5 years' experience
Experience in Sales & Marketing Field;
Proficient in English;
Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Must have a driving license;
Socially adept;
Good with numbers;
Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeople;
Strong communication and IT basic;
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems;
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
Skill in prioritizing and training obligations;
Attention to detail;
Excellent time management and organization;
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently;
