Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Collaborate between business units and regional teams to develop Customer Support communication plans for new business and product launches
-Leads special projects that have cross regional implications
-Develop and maintains business relationships with cross-region channel partners and customers supporting the organization's Aftermarket strategy
-Understand market trends and product applications in identified market to drive Customer Support decisions and priorities
-Lead the analysis ,measurement ,and reporting of Customer Support initiatives across brands, channels,regions,product,etc
-Assist with the Development and execution of the Customer Support Strategy for the business
-Build continuous Client relationships and awareness of the company
-Actively work to gain market intelligence,including information on competitors products, market activity,industry trends,future projects etc
-Developing and taking part in product presentations
-Attend all management related meetings
-Research local and international industry trends,companies,events and publications
-Assist senior management in assessing the viability of new business ventures and developing negotiation strategies
-Maintenance of a high standard of professionalism and client courtesy culture
-Ensuring robust information security and confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Commerce , Sales ,Marketing
-MBA preferred
-Must be fluent in written and verbal English and equivalent combination of education and experience
-Foreign language skills required given the international scope and requirements of the position
-Minimum 6 years of International business development
-Age between 30 and 45
-Management skills on developing and leading teams required
-Ensure accountability-Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
-Action oriented-Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency,high energy,and enthusiasm
-Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
-Good communications,presentation and interpersonal skills
