• Responsible to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

• Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

• Required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

• Research and build relationships with new clients.

• The applicant must demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills with a concern for thoroughness and accuracy.

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to deal with complex client requests and issues.

• Respond to Pre-Qualification, Request for Quotes, Request for Proposal, Request for Information
• Coach and mentor Sales Team in effective techniques
• Complete partner sales certification qualifications as per individuals Learning & Development Plan
• Work closely with pre-sales, technical support teams, presenting a unified approach
• Report to sales plan & sales report monthly to CEO.
 

• Keep financial statements and documents

• Reach the revenue and profit targets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or) Master Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
• 3+ year’s successful track record in selling Enterprise ICT solutions to medium or large companies and government sector.
• Mush have contacts with key decision maker/influencer and other senior executive within the industry
• Strong knowledge of IT Services/Products and excellent understanding of IT infrastructure sales, IT Outsourcing, Security, Data-center, Networking, and other IT Services
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to Travel
