 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Conduct research to identify market situation and customer needs
 Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
 Lead exploratory discussions with potential partners and establishing rapport
 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
 Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels such as eDM, SEM and social media etc
 Collaborating with Sales team to ensure that sale targets (monthly, yearly etc) are met
 Possess a strong understanding of our products and our competitions within banking industry
 Budget-management skills and proficiency
 Keeping track records of sales and revenue
 Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents including internal teams as well as external potential clients and then help define the go-to-market strategy

Job Requirements

 Minimum 4 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales and marketing executive or a relevant role
 Strong education background with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business management field
 Ability to think creatively and innovatively
 Excellent communication skills
 Solid knowledge of Excel, Web Analytics Tool, CRM
 Showcase good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English
 Strong attention to detail, with a real passion for and understanding the nature of banking products and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies
 Extremely proactive, self starter mentality with strong organizational skills
 Technical skills preferred to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
 Be a collaborative, team player by sharing insights and challenges with the teams so that we can all move faster, sell more, and make more money!
