-English Language Fluent.-At least 5 years of direct, hands on experience working with telecom operators. Direct experience working with any of the 4 Myanmar telecom operators is highly desired.-Direct experience working with the VAS (Value Added Services) department of a telecom operator to develop and launch VAS products and services. -International work experience will be preferred.KEY SKILLS• Commercial awareness of the Myanmar telecom industry.• Confidence.• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.• Proven ability to negotiate effectively.• Conflict resolution skills.• Organizational skills.• Ability to work with a team to drive results and exceed targets.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Excellent presentation skills.• IT skills including Microsoft Office.• Process, team workflow management.• Management reporting.• Team management.
