An Excellent Opportunity for ...

The purpose of this role is to work with the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Directors and other members of the operational and business development team and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and business plans. This will be achieved through working with the senior management and relevant departments; interpreting business data following through with client engagement, key account management, engagement with key stakeholders and potential partner organizations with subsequent action plans.
Assists CEO, Executive Directors Develop in preparation and implementation of an annual Business Development plan and relevant activities.
Participates in the development of new business and projects in line with the company’s investment strategy across the Myanmar markets.
Work effectively with C-Level decision makers, and BODs, to develop long term strategic relationships.
Collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful implementations of strategic business plans that meet or exceed established company goals and supports company revenue and profitability targets.
Prepare business reviews and presentation to the senior management team.
Conducting business development calls, meeting with prospective clients.
Conducts continuous research & development activities to explore opportunities and locate prospective business deals, examine and identify risks.
Meet the needs of clients by taking the time to communicate with them and understand how their business operates.
Contributes to the planning, management and development of the company.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Assist with the identification, selection and appointment of suitable permanent and retained staff to grow this business organically.
Conduct reviews of projects, ensuring that any lessons learnt are appropriately disseminated and acted upon.

Job Requirements

Relevant Master Degree or equivalent Degree. Bachelor Degree in combination with significant relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably with international experience. Proven achievement in Business and Project Development.
Fluency in written and oral English and Myanmar.
Demonstrated effectiveness in prospecting and developing new business.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail oriented.
Ability to travel moderately within assigned territory (25-50%)
