To develop Myanmar Partners/Dealers Business effectively to ensure it grows progressively, sustainably and achieves goals/objectives set by the management.

To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of our own agency lines (products) through partners/dealers markets, in accordance with an agreed business plan.

To develop new business partners/dealers, as well as maintaining the existing dealers to ensure achievement of the individual sales target and profitability goal set by the Company.

To plan and manage marketing activities such as conducting seminars, providing safety talks, workshops, exhibitions and mailing campaigns.

To plan, create, maintain and update the database of the Company’s dealers, potential dealers for strategic marketing purpose such as mail shots.

Job Requirements

- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Burmese

- Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering.

- Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel and other relevant software are essential.

- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in a technical sales environment, a supervisory role would be a definite advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, tactful and people oriented.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Be able to travel to other states to support and grow dealers business in markets outside Yangon
