• Lead in the sales of company products and services by working with stakeholders to develop sales strategies, generate customer leads, calls on customers to establish influential relationships to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Facilitate the pursuit of new business leads by using all resources available including seminars, trade shows, networking, etc. to penetrate and secure new business resulting in expanding the customer base and potential sale.
• Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industrial trends, and new concepts.
• Assist in training material development and training personnel in helping team members develop skill sets.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and CSR activities.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Report on successes and areas needing improvements
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field a must.
• Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate stakeholders in achieving set KPIs.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
• Must present professionalism when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
