Vanguard is a leading business solution provider in Myanmar, the candidate for this role will be responsible for business development, customer relationship and driving the sales revenue target.• Lead generation and identify new business opportunities to meet the monthly sales target.• Plan and develop new sales opportunities pipeline and nurture the sales funnel to closure of account.• Up-sales and cross-sales for existing customers.• Collaboration with internal team and alignment with customers.• Professional sales presentation and attention to customer requirement.• Managing customer journey and customer relationship.• Provide sales forecast and report to management team.• Preparing and execute RFP/RFQ response from customers.• Prepare and execute the document such as proposal, contract, presentation, quotation and invoicing.• Maintain CRM data and reporting.
Qualifications and Knowledge • Master/Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Association.• Minimum 5 years of working B2B experience, (IT/Consultancy background will be preferable) • Prospecting and understanding of B2B sales process.• Strong communication skills, both oral and written both English and Burmese• Ability to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and contract.• Ability to plan and prioritise a busy and demanding workload• Professional communication skills – ability speaking to senior management or C level • Problem solving skills, and analytical skill• Good team worker – developing close working relationships and strong network across the business• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline, cross-functional environment• Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation data
