Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation and approval until 1st production as a plant leader (new product development):
  • Cross-functional issues solving, strategy, design, costs, timings and feasibility where appropriate during “project development” and “project execution” stages.
  • Identifying project milestones, formulate project costs and IBR request with data collection from all involved functions.
  • Review project status on a regular basis with project team
  • Produce, communicate and agree project timelines within cross functions
  • Manage reporting activities of Product Change Management function
  • Management in SAP 
  • Manage the service of artwork and origination providers, together with Mkt and Procurement
  • Lead relationships and partnership with manufacturing and marketing & other departments
  • Resolve cross-departmental issues in implementing new project in a proactive manner, promoting and supporting team based approach wherever possible.
  • To ensure 1st new product production by doing necessary paperwork within Company’s procedures
  • Support and coordination of cross-functional actions with regular production
  • To follow Company’s rules, initiatives and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Stressful, non-conflict, proactive person. A team player
  • Higher Education (management / economics / engineering / food technology)
  • 3-5 years of experience on coordinating roles or managing processes in packing / product development, CS&L, Engineering, Procurement
  • Experience in multinational FMCG companies is a plus
  • Intermediate English is a must
  • Basic understanding of Economics (Cost of Goods structure), Marketing and Sales processes comprehension, operations / production processes management
  • PC skills: MS Office
  • SAP skills as an advantage
