MISSION

To grow and develop business in Myanmar through proactive sales approaches.
Manage assigned activities according to the Companies with professional standard procedures.

RESPONSIBILITY

Sales & Business Development

- Lead Business Development for the Company in Myanmar
- Ensure targets set by the Company are achieved
- Look for new Business Development opportunity
- Identifying the key decision makers and contacting the prospect clients
- Present & promote services to corporate customers

Operations

- Manage Key Accounts: Mid to High Management Tier Customers
- Participate in meetings with Management Team
- Actively involved in all areas of the operation and oversee all preparation of proposal documents until finalized
- Overseeing daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of factions when necessary

Admin and HR

- Report to the National General Manager in Singapore on a regular basis for all Sales & Business Development activities.
- Assist HR management and advise staff recruitment, payroll and daily cost targets
- Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the National General Manage

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT

5+ Years of Experience in the Payment and Financial Industry
Proven track record of Sales (or) Business Development
3+ Years of Experience in a Managerial role
Fluent in English and Burmese
Excellent Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Positive approach to deal with customers
Knowledge of Myanmar
