o Visit and communicate with various departments for new business project needs.
o Arrange project reviews and capture results.
o Provide support to immediate manager to ensure that project operations run smoothly.
o Managing incoming correspondence, emails and calls.
o Support meetings, organizing travel and access.
o Ad-hoc support including producing documentation as required.

Job Requirements

o Should have degree related with business management or business administration.
o Proficient in English.
o Must have at least 3 years’ experience in business administration field.
o Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

o Excellent organizational skills and time management.
o Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
