Job Description

As one of the key roles in growing the business at Pluses, you will work closely with the Management to ensure that you adequately understand the needs for the organization. Your functions include ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future, developing and implementing budgets, preparing reports for senior management, working on client servicing team, and ensuring the department complies with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development and amendment for internal policies, manual and guidelines
• Support investor relationship by preparing business plan, business presentation and reporting
• Manage ad-hoc tasks relating with BOD such as high level meeting arrangement, follow-ups, reporting, etc.
• Attend networking activities such as workshop, social events, trade exhibitions, etc.
• Manage company branding by developing profile and prospectus, social media platform, organizing PR event, workshops
• Lead training courses for internal training
• Contribute on client teams towards delivering financial services to growing mid-sized enterprises in Myanmar

Job Requirements

• BSc in Business Management or relevant field, additional finance/accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA) is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Business Manager or similar role for 3-5 years (experience in financial services or other client servicing business preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-player
• Fluent in Burmese and at least intermediate English (written and verbal)
• Detail oriented and self-organized
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and quick to learn new ideas, concepts and processes
• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently when faced with tight deadlines
