The prime responsibility is overall team management and Sales.
He is responsible to drive to achieve annual Sales target s by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
He is responsible for existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
He is responsible for continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
He will manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
He will be responsible for Client Management.

Job Requirements

University Degree
Diploma in Business Administration (or) MBA is more preferable
Min (8) years' experience with at least 3-5 years in managerial role at FMCG and Beverage
PC knowledge, Sales & Marketing skill and Visionary
Excellent Communication skill
Able to work with teams, independently, with people from all Level
Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations
Good command of spoken and written English
Only Myanmar Nationality
