This role holder need to understand competitive marketplace for products and document competitive cross references in order to assist Business Performance Management Manager in analysis business performance.

*To lead and effectively executes the Value Center / Function’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion.
*To understand competitive marketplace for products and document competitive cross references.
*To assist in analyst monthly sales/ margin of products.
*To monitor, tracking of all new products, P&L Projection including market size, unit price, cost of goods, potential loss, direct & indirect profit

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree desired
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests effectively
• Proven ability to work well both as an individual and part of a team
• Highly effective technical communications skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages
• Able to work independently
• 5+ months of User acceptance testing experience
• A general grasp of Banking and Finance industry knowledge
