•Manage, co-ordinate, and prepare the company’s annual Strategic Business Plan, Business Plan and monthly forecast in close collaboration with the rest of the business.
•Provide Insightful reports, analysis and conclusions for decision making and/or course corrections.
•Submissions to HO and functions of the same.
•Assist in the preparation of presentation decks to CFO and potentially other SLTs for regional and leadership meetings.
•Prepare adhoc analysis on financials aspects of the company e.g. Distributor and Key Account P&L, SC efficiencies, Risks and opportunities, etc.
Reporting, Consolidation and Analysis
•Lead business planning process from finance side (current year rolling estimate and SBP/LRP)
•Lead business planning process from finance side (current year rolling estimate and RE and commentary
•Download actual data from SAP R3 and analyse variances between forecast and actual for commentary
•Lead meetings with budget holders aimed to explain the variances and update forecast
•Ensure SAP actual is booked against correct cost elements and cost centres – DME
•Fill in various existing Excel templates requiring detailed presentation of forecast and actual data
•Provide finance support for decision making process
•Prepare ad-hoc reports in Excel
•Train and guide non-finance partners in regard to Finance and Internal control policies and procedures
•Master SAP R3 for relevant transactions and Excel
•Master the Global Reporting Consolidation software/database of Company for the purpose of forecast upload and download
•Participation in stock counts – 1 day per quarter

Finance graduate
At least 7 years’ experience
Experience in analytical roles.
Excellent in Excel
CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
MBA will be an advantage
