Financial:
• Operate in a cost-effective way

Role-specific knowledge:

Technical Skills • Financial Modelling / Business Planning
• Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy and systems-oriented particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel


• 3 years or more similar work experience or compatible work experience
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
• EFFICIENCY IN SPOKEN ENGLISH AND WRITTEN ENGLISH. Added foreign language will be an advantage
• A real desire to work hard but flexible in a very entrepreneurial environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask - Strives for excellence
• Independent thinker with business experience working with teams at the international level is preferred.
• Proactive thinker and capacity to interact at all levels – a team player.
• Readiness to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Any other requirements
• Good standard of general education
• Tertiary Qualification in Financial Technology/Accounts is highly desirable
