1. Identify and support the development of metrics / measurement and solutions engineering tools according to the customer’s requirements and own capabilities
2. Liaise with the Sales Managers, Project Solutions team, Management, to confirm expectations and requirements, based on customer needs and contract details
3. To take co-ownership on implementation requirements base on tender / RFQ. This include solutions design and planning on warehousing storage, value-added, transportation and distribution solutions.
4. To take ownership of Logistics Costing Methodology and Pricing Strategy (Storyboard)
5. To take co-ownership in the Capex and operating equipment, human resources and trade partners’ solutions design. To support by evaluating, review and identifying the best resources to be used and procured
6. To participate in the whole setup and implementation process.
7. Provide a handover and closing report at the end of each account implementation project detailing what worked well and what did not, including recommendations for future improvements in the overall process
8. Support post-go live operations as required by the customer and tender requirements
9. Provide profitability and productivity benefit estimates and tracking methodology further to business re-implementation or optimization
10. During normal operations, review procedures of existing SOP and to identify & recommend opportunities for business improvement and optimization.
11. Coordinate critical operational interventions in coordination with the operations to secure short term stability of account. Assist in the analysis of operational processes and identification of improvement opportunities
12. Initiate and coordinate training for operational units on customer-specific tools and processes
13. Constantly drive continuous improvement efforts within area of responsibility (e.g. collaboration, system, processes) through productivity and quality management initiatives

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with at least 3 - 5 years related working experience preferred in 3PL / Freight & Transportation Industry / SCM / FMCG distribution / Industrial Sales Industry.
2. Good working knowledge of the following operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management and supply chain management.
3. Good Interpersonal skills & superior communication skills with a mature and “can do” attitude
4. Strong, capable organization leadership with strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results
5. Strong customer relationship management skills
6. Strong written and oral communications skills
7. Some experience with customs, trade and regulatory issues related to logistics and shipping
8. Some WMS, TMS & EDI implementation and Domestic transportation experience a plus
9. A proven, experienced resource in solutions and implementations
10. Strong problem solving skills
