Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team manager and colleagues
> Understand and develop relationship with operating point
> Visit to the operating point and survey if necessary
> Gather and analyze the data regarding the activity in SS2
> Support finding and improving the root cause of unachieved KPI and/or other issues
> Report to the management in Sales and Distribution Division
> Understand the project plan and support managing the project
> Arrange the schedule of other member for meeting, business trip
> Make the report and meeting minutes
> self-development
> Inputting the numbers for budget control

• Support planning and developing the new operating procedure
> Drafting the plan for development and/or improvement for the operating procedure
> Understand the PDCA cycle, measure the work efficiency and plan for improvement
> Develop the explanation and training program for operation

• Cooperate with other team and department
> Cooperate with other team and department if requested
> Develop the solution for both in and out of department
> Communicate well with operating and strategic side and get the requirement correctly
> Document the requirement and define the function
> Attend the management level meeting and prepare and do presentation if requested

• Compliance with Law and KSGM work rule
> Obey the law and KSGM work rule

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or other technical fields.
• At least two or more years in experience Business Process Management or Project Management.
• Able to communicate in English with strong communication skill, able to co-work with other teams within the organization and other external vendors effectively.
• Strong IT skills are required including Microsoft Office (especially excel, powerpoint & etc).
• Have pro-active business management attitude with customer service mindset
