 Sales Volume Targets
 Company Revenue Target

 Build national product distribution network (numeric distribution target).
 Trade credit management (measured by credit terms compliance % and cash: credit ratio).
 Introduce efficient and effective operation processes to achieve green branch operation audit status.
 Organizational training and development plan to elevate sales capability

Job Requirements

 Minimum a degree holder in marketing, economics, business administration.
 Minimum 12 years of working experience in the FMCG or distribution companies before
 Has proven work experience as in similar role or senior sales & marketing management role
 Has proven experience in planning and running market research
 Demonstrate an ability to handle project works independently
 Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
 Strong communication and team management skills
 Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
 Availability to travel as needed
 Good communication and writing skills.
