- Approved က်ေသာ အ၀ယ္စာရင္းမ်ားကို ဆုိင္မ်ား၊ ဆိုဒ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္
- Project မ်ားသို႔ ခ်ထားေသာ Materials မ်ား၏ Credit ႏွင့္ Debit မ်ားကို Account ႏွင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ၿပီးေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္
- Project မ်ားသို႔ Materials ေရာက္ရွိမႈ ေငြေၾကး Amount ကုန္က်မႈ စာရင္းမ်ားကို လစဥ္ လခ်ဳပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္
- မိမိေန႔စဥ္ လုပ္ငန္းလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို အထက္လူႀကီးသို႔ ေန႔စဥ္မွတ္တမ္း (Daily Report) တင္ရန္
- မိမိဌာနရွိ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္
- မိမိဌာနမွ ၀န္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးဦး အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေၾကာင့္ ခြင့္ယူလွ်င္ သူတာ၀န္ယူထားေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားသို႔ ျဖည္စြက္ၿပီး တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ရန္
