-Draft detail designs with Auto-CAD 2D, 3D in accordance with the tower designs, structural analysis of the buildings for rooftop sites, soil tests , and civil works’ needs in time.
-Prepare structural designs for new construction under the direction of a structural engineer.
-Incorporate data from soil test, and structural reports to prepare the drawings.
-Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates. Such as tower designs, foundations, railings, stairs, buildings, and section details.
-Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions
-Develop engineering calculations, diagrams and technical reports
Complete required technical and regulatory documents
Adhere to all industry standards in design
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
Create designs that utilize a variety of materials
Create detailed schematics that are utilized in the manufacturing of products and theme construction of towers. These detailed technical drawings incorporate the input of site engineers, surveyors and can specify dimensions, codes, materials, and production methods.
Prepare technical drawings for civil works. Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings, Consult with engineers, surveyors, and workers while preparing and presenting the drawings.
Assisting the documentation. Collecting the TSSR, SKOM, DDD data and analyze the documents.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
-Over 7 years’ engineering experience
-RE license highly desirable
-Extensive AutoCAD experience(3 years in CAMUSAT)
-Working knowledge of Auto-CAD modeling, Quantity Surveying (Q.S), Civil Work Engineering.
