Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe.
- Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas.
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients)
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-year experience in the related field from a reputable cafe company
2. Must Posses Barista Training Level 2
3. Customer Service Attitude
4. Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Application
5. Willing to be assigned in Yankin Township
6. Willing to work on weekends including holidays
