Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Train new hire Barista
• Assist the Café Manager to create work schedule
• Ordering Supplies
• Over seeing stock levels
• Ensure and Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standard
• Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
• Responds proactively to prevent customer service situation
• Assist on the maintenance of the café and outside spaces
• Reports all employee accidents to the manager
• Reports potential safety hazards to the manager
• Perform other duties assigned by the Café Manager

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the POS System
• Minimum of 1 year Work experience in a related field
• Must Posses Coffee Certificate Level 2
• Must be willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
• Knowledge of a second language is an advantage
