• Manage and coordinate overall call centre activities (Inbound/ Outbound)
• Supervise to Operations Manager/ Supervisor, production agents and support quality of services and training.
• Assign agents based on campaign progress and goals to be achieved.
• Control & manage the outbound campaigns (injection/ exclusion/ dialing).
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify levers that can improve churn win-back rate.
• Identify the different areas of improvement to optimist the productivity of the Call Center.
• Follow and manage the performance indicators (quantitative and qualitative).
• This Call Center Operations Manager is in charge to define and drive the whole strategy of company’s Call Center operations and controls.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Graduate
• Strong experience within Call Center management
• Acute sense of customer service and strong knowledge of customer expectations
• Autonomous and flexible, anticipation and proactivity
• Capabilities for analysis and synthesis
• Ability to work and motivate teams
