Checks and handles customer complaints
Supervises daily operations of the call center, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call center
Checks mail/emails/request sent by customers, attends to requests and follows up
Cooperates with colleagues for better customer service
Identifies and escalates issues and communicates with customers and staff or concerned department

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree;
Minimum 2 years' experience and good knowledge in related field;
Proficiency in negotiating, communication skills and presentation skills;
Good command of English (written and spoken);
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
