o Responsible for defining and driving the overall strategy of Call Centre operations and controls
o Salary up to 2,000,000 MMK plus other benefits

About the Company

Our Client is the international media company, growing rapidly in Myanmar Market.

The Role

● To generate the whole strategy of call centre operations and controls
● Define the needs of permanent training and ensure the size of the teams
● Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
● Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of working experience in related background is preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree or High-diploma holder
● Advanced English level is compulsory.
● Strong experience in Call Centre management and customer service is required.
