This position is for Myanmar nationals only

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assessment of training needs from the Sales & Distribution team and development of training content.

• Plan and execute the training calendar for the assigned regions.

• Design and/or modify training programs in coordination with functional leads to address their training requirements.

• Delivering training to the targeted audience on functional skills, systems, sales, products and services.

• Innovate simple and futuristic learning process.

• Post-training analysis and effectiveness matrix & feedback

Job Requirements

• University Graduate
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales & Training
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PPT
• Fluency in English and Myanmar Language both spoken and written is mandatory
