Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

* Capability Development Team Leader has to work closely with Capability Development Manager and act as the leader for a team of Capability Development Staff and
supervise for:
- Ensuring quality service delivery and alignment of unit activities with the strategic and operational objectives
- Establishing the continuous improvement for both personal and unit-based performance in all areas of unit service delivery, in accordance with KPIs.
- Managing the ongoing review and refresh of training and assessment materials
- Designing and maintaining initial employment training and ongoing capability training to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Developing and implementing people planning, including all learning and development related plans, working collaboratively with HR to meet the desired outcomes.
- Work with managers and HR colleagues to identify individual and team business related training needs.
- Sourcing and developing specialist third party providers as required.
- Working in conjunction with Senior Business Partners and the Recruitment Manager, evaluating operational need and identifying planned solutions around succession
planning, talent management and recruitments
- Managing learning resources including the training budget to ensure maximum effectiveness of expenditure and return on investment.
- Developing and implementing an effective performance management system ensuring that performance data is systematically analyzed to identify training needs and
inform wider workforce planning.
- Working with HR colleagues to consider the impact of employment practices and processes on staff performance.
- Increasing staff participation and involvement with corporate development activities
through engagement and promotional activities
* Driving continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility.
* Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by line management.

Job Requirements

- Any degree holder or Diploma in HRM or Diploma in HRD
- Minimum (5) years of relevant experience
- Ability to facilitate large scale events and staff development activities
- Good leadership skill
- Good communication skill
- Good command of English

Workplace characteristics:

- Office hours 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- OT frequently required
