Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1.Work in SOC (Service Operation Center) and Responsible for Capacity Management.
2.Extract and sort out KPI for capacity management and output capacity reports by ZTE big data tools.
3.Analyze and review capacity reports and send to NPO team to confirm if capacity issue due to optimization reason.
4.Filter optimization reason, propose capacity expansion solutions and send to customer.
5.Participate in regular customer meetings to discuss the capacity management report.
6.race and support NPO team for network optimization based on the reports.

Job Requirements

1.Must hold bachelor degree or any other relevant degrees.
2.At least 3 years experience in UMTS/LTE related planning and optimization theory.
3.Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE. Basic knowledge of Core Network and Transmission.
4.Good at MapInfor, Google earth, MS EXCEL and Power point.
5.Good written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
