This role is a subject matter expert in card products including MPU Debit Card, Visa/Master Prepaid Card, Corporate Business cards and virtual cards. Individual will also be responsible for supporting our internal customers and providing support for card related inquiries.

 Need to understand card operation process, system process and settlement Process
 Need to understand day-to-day operations including application processing, card assignment, coordinating card delivery
 To improve card operation, create and maintain procedures to monitor card activity and adherence to policy
 Manage monthly card transactions to get the card profit and loss report.
 Work cross functionally with other VCs and functions (Card ICT, Operation, Marketing, ect.) to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient and effective manner
 Provide reports on spending trends, assess and analyze program, develop recommendations for program, manage implementation of program enhancements
 Advocate for customers by identifying trends, issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies and products.
 Manage end to end process and ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives
 Being able to support other Deposit and Wealth products if needed.
 Availability to work outside of standard work hours when needed

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in card environment
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and ideas
• Excellent time-management skill
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Disciplined and able to work independently within a distributed workforce team
• Previous experience with CardWork and Smart Vista System
