Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Handling all payments through online, cheques, transfer
• Ensuring the completeness of documentation as per Bank’s requirement
• Handling All internal employee payment (i.e Advance, Claims)
• Preparing PV/RV/JV for all cash transactions in system
• Preparation of management reports (i.e Bank Balance, etc)
• Forecasting cash flow positions and related borrowing needs
• Handling all borrowing process if there is any
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational
• Maintain banking relationships
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, Cash count and Petty Cash reconciliation
• Support the month end process where necessary
• Ad-hoc Duties

Job Requirements

Have relevant experience in Cash Management
Professional certificate (LCCI 3) will be preferred
Good excel skill
Good english skill
Able to meet deadlines
Able to multi-task
Show a keen interest in the field of application
