Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Prepares and records assigned journal entries for monthly closing
- Recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Receive payment by cash, cheque and credit cards
- Issue receipts, refunds, vouchers, or change due to customers
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
- Compute and record totals of transactions
- Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions

Job Requirements

- B.A (Eco) or other relevant diploma holder
- Having minimum (3) years experience in related field
- Must be able to remain calm when interacting with customers
- Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
