1. ေငြသားႏွင့္ ခ်က္လက္မွတ္မ်ားကို စစ္ေဆး လက္ခံျခင္း ၊ ေပးေခ်ျခင္း ကို Cash Controller၏ ညြန္ၾကားခ်က္ျဖင့္ ေစ့စပ္ေသခ်ာစြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
2. ေန႔စဥ္ ေငြသြင္းေငြထုတ္ မ်ားကို Day Book ႏွင့္ Cash Book တြင္ စာရင္းသြင္းျခင္း မ်ားကို ညြန္ၾကားခ်က္အတိုင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
3. ေန႔စဥ္ ေငြသားလက္က်န္ ၊ဘဏ္လက္က်န္စာရင္းမ်ား စစ္ေဆးရာတြင္ ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရမည္ ။
4. ေန႔စဥ္ Cash Book မ်ားအား စာရင္းခန္းသို႕ေပးပို႕ျခင္းကို Cash Controller ၏ ညြန္ၾကားခ်က္ျဖင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္ ။
5. ေငြသားမ်ားထုတ္ေပးရာတြင္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ အတည္ျပဳသူ ၊စစ္ေဆးသူ ၊ထုတ္ယူသူ လက္မွတ္မ်ား ျပည့္စံုစြာ ရွိမရွိ စစ္ေဆးအတည္ျပဳျပီးမွ ေငြသား ၊ခ်က္ ထုတ္ေပးျခင္းကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္ ။
6. Cash Controller ၏ ညြန္ၾကားခ်က္ျဖင့္ လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ ေပးအပ္လာေသာ တာ၀န္မ်ားကို လိုက္နာေဆာင္ ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္ ။
