Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• 1) Receive payment by cash, cheque, vouchers from customers and collection to agent as required
• 2) Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers.
• 3) Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
• 4) Compute and record totals of transactions.
• 5) Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
• 6) Ensure bank deposit, withdraw and bank related activities while outgoing as ad-hoc duties and required
• 7) Report counting of denomination note to Finance Supervisor daily.
• 8) Report immediately to customer or supplier or finance or concerns person when in shortage or surplus

Job Requirements

• 1) B.A (Eco) or LCCI Level (2) or Other Finance Diploma.
• 2) Experiences (2) years in Cash handling process especially in Treasury
• 3) Able to travel to regional agent as collection team, collect money from Agents.
• 4) Be Honest, be positive attitude and accurate cash balance report to finance Dept; timely.
• 5) Good Team Player & Self motivations.
