Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
-Cash collection form customer and posting in Auto-IT
-Preparing cash & Cheque payment for suppliers and users department
-Making payment to supplier and update in Auto-IT
-Collect and file the form (31) from supplier
-Filling the documents after payment and collection
-Maintain sales documents and receipt for receivable control
-Daily cash Reconciliation and cash balance updating
-Weekly Physical Cash Count
-Daily cash to bank

Job Requirements

-Any graduate
-Must finish LCCI level 2 (UK)
-At least 2 years experience as cashier
-Experience at bank is more preferable
-Computer skills: Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and email
-Prefer who can use advance excel
-Have knowledge of banking process
-Good teamwork, good communication and honesty
-Good command of English is prefer.
-Work place is at Mingalardon
